Research output: Chapters, Conference Papers, Creative and Literary Works › RGC 32 - Refereed conference paper (with host publication) › peer-review

Abstract

Application of fiber nonlinearity for bandwidth enhancement of chaotic signals generated by an optically injected semiconductor laser is investigated. Power spectra with bandwidths tunable from 18.4 GHz to 230 GHz are obtained. © 2011 National Sun Yat-Sen Univ.
