Abstract

Volterra integral equations of the form ut(t)—fot a(/t- π)u(π)dr, u(0) - 1, are considered, where a(t) € C(0, oo) ȠL1(0, l). Explicit asymptotic forms are obtained for the solutions, when the kernels (i) have a specific asymptotic representation. © 1974 American Mathematical Society.
