Abstract

This paper proposes an analysis method based on generalized vector quantization for information hiding. The analysis tries to construct a framework to model the process of information hiding and extraction by the notion of generalized vector quantization. With consideration of the quality of information hider, the analysis can figure out accurately the capacity for a given information hiding scheme, which provides an operational solution to evaluate schemes. Finally a few examples for classical methods are presented under this framework. © 2008 IEEE.
