Abstract
The development and validation of an instrument to measure meeting success has been described in earlier work. This instrument is now revalidated in organisational meetings where Group Support Systems (GSS) were employed to support meeting processes. In addition, a derived version of the instrument for measurement of longitudinal meetings is introduced. © 1999 Elsevier Science B.V.
