N2 - In this paper, we focus on realizing a zero-energy consumption scheme based on the hybrid memory with limited size of NVM. To achieve minimized NVM requirement, three techniques are proposed to solve the conflict between the context data size and NVM capacity during the suspend process. We build a system suspend/resume mode to evaluate data size and timing. The experiment results show that the amount of data which needs to be saved is reduced by 59% and the demand for NVM size is reduced by 51%, with little impact on system resuming time.
