Abstract

This paper presents a dual linearly polarized end-fire antenna array at the 28-GHz band. By employing crossover structures and phase shifters, two power-splitting networks are integrated together in a single-layer substrate, corresponding to a low profile of 0.12λ0. A prototype is demonstrated experimentally. The overlap impedance bandwidth for the two polarizations is around 28.6% and the port isolation is over 20 dB within the whole operating band.
