Abstract
This paper presents an expert body sensor network (BSN) algorithm for autonomous control of mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) using vasoactive drugs. A robust Proportional Integral Differential (PID) control algorithm based on a statistics model was designated. Extensive simulation results indicated that the light-weighted expert BSN system is robust enough against sensitivity variations and various artificial disturbances.
