Abstract

This paper presents our literature review on how chanting and solfeggio frequencies affect brain activity, enhance well-being, and inform the design of sound therapy. We call for more scientific research to investigate and better understand the effects of chanting and solfeggio frequencies on well-being. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023.
