Abstract

Dual Radio Streaming ZigBee Homecare Gateway (DRS-ZHG) was devised and implemented to support remote medical services. The novelty of DRS-ZHG is increases the transmission data rate of ZigBee. Consequently, the DRS-ZHG design furnishes low latency and highly accurate telehealth service at home. More important, Zero packet loss has been recorded during the functional testing of DRS-ZHG, © 2013 IEEE.
