Abstract
We report the design and simulation performance of a digital push-pull switch based on a wide-angle, asymmetric X-junction that we recently proposed (truncated-structural X-branch). At a full-branching angle of 1.2°, the crosstalk and (straight-port) transmission at the zero-voltage state were -19 and -0.92 dB, respectively. In the switched state, they are -17.45 and -1.06 dB, respectively. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Microwave Opt Technol Lett.
