Abstract

A wideband 45° polarized element with simple structure has been proposed. With the aid of a corporate feeding network and substrate integrated waveguide, a 4 × 4 array antenna has been designed and fabricated using printed-circuit-board technology. Experiments show that the array covers over 24.4% bandwidth with gains around 20.0 dBi, which validates that it can be used for future 5G applications.
