    Abstract

A new Multilevel Green's Function Interpolation Method with O(N) complexity is presented to solve the integral equations describing large scale EM systems in RF ICs. In MLGFIM, the problem geometry is first multilevel divided, and then the Green's function interpolations of peer-level and lower-to-upper-level are developed to accelerate matrix vector multiplications. It is used to extract the capacitances in RF ICs. The problem of 375,000 unknowns can be solved with only 343 MBs memory. Numerical results demonstrated its efficiency.
