Abstract

A fast and accurate mathematical model for prediction of crosstalk between tracesin PCBs was proposed. Crosstalk estimation for frequencies upto 1 GHz was obtained with the model. The model, based on Green's function and Maxwell's equations, is applicable to high speed PCBs having many traces and where the current is invariant.
