Abstract
Using L-probe patch antennas as elements, a simple series-fed eight-element array antenna is designed and tested. An impedance bandwidth of 8% (SWR ≦1.5) and an average gain of 14.5 dBi have been achieved. The radiation pattern is stable across the passband with low cross polarization.
