Abstract
We investigate the effect of double-marginalizaion and channel substitution on the supply-chain stocking behavior and channel performance under a two-echelon dual-channel distribution system. We analytically develop measures of channel performance and conduct numerical studies to qualitatively generalize the system behavior.
