Abstract
当代中国青年与互联网相伴成长,互联网特别是移动互联网早已成为广大青年了解世界、认识世界和展示自我的主要渠道和窗口。习近平总书记指出,共青团要把巩固和扩大党执政的青年群众基础作为政治责任,努力成为青年身边的有效存在,为党团结和凝聚青年。文章以微信公众号 “青春通州” 为研究对象,探讨微信公众号在发展青年群众基础上的重要作用,基于北京通州团区委的工作经验,提出了 “五心” 工程为特色的新媒体青年工作体系。
