Abstract
In this paper,the authors analyze the characters,words,terminology and punctuation in Bilingual Laws Information System(BLIS) with statistical approach.The authors discover that the economic law of term formation and Zipf s law also exisist in BLIS,and they point out some features in punctuation usage in BLIS.
