Abstract
香港的社會福利系統，經過二次大戰後60多年的演變，已經成為一個深具特色的制度，並為香港的經濟發展和社會穩定做出貢獻。本文勾勒出香港社會福利模式的特點和功能，並指出其對中國內地社會福利制度完善的參考經驗。
