Abstract
The passage of the National Security Law of Hong Kong and its implementation in the Special Administrative Region will undoubtedly bring political, legal, governance, social, theoretical, and practical influences on Hong Kong, and this influence will in practice be institutional, long-term and far-reaching, and even exceed people's expectations. As far as its impact on Hong Kong's legal system is concerned, it will be reflected in constitutional law, criminal law, criminal procedure and judicial system. This article will analyze and evaluate the above aspects respectively. In view of the short time of implementation of National Security Law of Hong Kong, many questions or problems, and difficulties have not yet been fully demonstrated, so we can only make a theoretical and superficial preliminary assessment of this.
