Abstract
Considering the inappropriateness of the existing word lists for TCFL the paper discusses a range of issues aiming to build up a new bilingual increased listing, through a dictionary grammar-coursebook chaining, the outcome expected being a huge list including lexical entries, lexical rating of all the items targeted, word classes assignment, translation equivalence, exemplification, syntactic features rendered explicit in the sentence frame, subsets of features as well as indications of the translation techniques used.
