Abstract
20世紀後半期, 西方人文研究出現 "理論爆炸" 的局面。充分借鑒西方最新的理論方法, 成為美國漢學不同于歐洲傳統漢學的特色。西方的新興理論, 也影響到美國的中國古典文學研究。在不同漢學家的身上, 表現出不同的傾向。有必要在美國漢學發展和西方理論發展的雙重背景下, 考察漢學家在不同階段對於西方理論的不同態度, 由此揭示北美中國古典文學研究的特徵及趨勢。
