本屆學術研討會， 將再一次進一步和過去交談、互動，挖掘澎湖地區文化資產內蘊深藏的意涵，藉此傳遞在地的文化想像，使其常駐民生活中，並成為觸動文化再生的新苗，以建立在地居民彼此共享的信念、記憶和期望，創造出屬於自己的文化共同體，迎向未來，走向世界。
