自组织城市小区: 荷兰阿姆斯特丹的经验与设计实践

In the context of urban sprawl and the ongoing renewal of old urban areas, the self-organization model has garnered attention forits potential to stimulate community vitality, creativity, and to enhance social inclusiveness and cohesion. The Netherlands, particularlyAmsterdam, has demonstrated positive outcomes in the construction of self-organized communities through its Cityplot concept and relatedpractices. We delve into the analysis of this concept. By integrating two typical case studies, we propose the "Civic Commune" conceptualmodel. A design practice has been initiated in the suburban areas of Amsterdam, aiming to provide innovative ideas and practical referencesfor community construction in our country.
