Abstract
Adoption by most of countries of the market economic system, wide use of transportation, communication and information technology which has advanced rapidly, and relative peaceful environment of the world am necessary conditions for economic globalizafion, which is a manifestation of high level interdependence of the international community. Against the background of globalization, states am very much relying on each other economically, collaboration among international organizations is much enhanced, and forcefulness of non - governmental organizations is easily felt. Globalization requires formation and implementation of necessary international norms governing the economic exchanges and activities among, nations. Such norms move into the national systems with high standards, concrete contents and compulsory effect, and thus directly impact on the operation of law - making, administrative and judicial bodies thereof. The practice of the World Trade Organization shines light in this respect. The entering of international norms with binding force into the national legal systems has reconciled the national prescriptions, principles and standards for law enforcement as well as legal values. This trend will eventually lead to adoption by members of the international community of laws and legal systems which am required by a society governed by the rule of law- globalization of the rule of law.
