臺灣政治混亂如斯, 電影人是不愁欠缺喜劇題材的。陳水扁的貪瀆掠奪是搞笑的大好元素, 因為這群笨蛋不僅執政無能, 連貪財亦貪得笨拙無比、錯漏百出, 足以為編劇家提供用不完的。
