Abstract
隨著網絡技術的不斷發展, 新聞傳播手段也日益多樣化, 媒體融合步伐進一步加快。這給新聞行業帶來了新的挑戰, 也帶來了新的發展機遇, 同時對新聞專業人才的培養也提出了全新的要求。如何在全媒體時代培養新型新聞專業人才, 是亟待思考的問題。本文通過分析傳統人才培養模式存在的問題, 探討了全媒體背景下高校新聞專業人才培養模式創新的必要性, 架構符合媒體融合形勢需求的新聞專業人才培養模式。
