Abstract
隨著不同方面的長足發展，智障人士的平均壽命亦相對長了很多，所以，在近期的復康服務中最熱熾的話題，便莫過於智障人士老齡化。可是，我們的服務、政策、理念與及作為智障人士服務從業員，又可有為這些改變而作任何行動呢？本文的目的就是嘗試對智障人士老齡化的需要、政策、服務的回應與及智障人士服務從業員的裝備等等作一初步的探討。其中更會借用現存有關長者服務的政策、理念等加以闡釋。
