Abstract
數字化和綠色化是中國現階段經濟轉型升級的主要戰略和目標。基于 2011—2021 年我國 290 個地級市的面板數據，構建雙向固定效應模型評價數字經濟對工業廢水排放的影響及作用機理，研究發現：數字經濟能夠顯著降低城市工業廢水排放量，運用工具變量法、替換解釋變量等方法證明了結論的穩健性；機制分析表明，數字經濟發展能夠通過產業結構升級實現工業廢水排放量的降低。
