护理本科生职业相关社会支持量表的编制及信效度检验

Objective To develop a scale for measuring career-related social support for nursing undergraduates. Methods  The first draft of the career-related social support scale was formed based on literature review and Delphi consultation and its reliability, and validity were tested in 428 nursing undergraduates of three nursing school in Guangdong. Results  Career-related social support scale for nursing undergraduates consists of 22 items. The exploratory factor analysis identified three principal factors, with 62.03% of the accumulated variance. The scale content validity index was 0.945. Expect for the dimension of subjective support, significant differences were found between different grades in terms of the scores of career-related social support and its related dimensions. It
suggested that the scale had a good separating capability. There were positive relationships between total score and scores in all dimensions of career-related social support and career maturity (P < 0.01). The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.911, the split-half reliability was 0.954, and the test- retest reliability was 0.897. Conclusion  The career-related social support scale has good validity and reliability and can be used to measure the career-related social support in nursing undergraduates.
