我国音乐治疗领域学术关系构成与研究热点分析

Objective     To analyze and summarize the literature information in the field of music therapy in China and to elaborate on the academic network relationships, application status and development rules in the field, providing a basis for promoting future inheritance and development. Methods     CNKI, Wanfang, CBM disk, and VIP were searched. Then, the literature results in the field of music therapy were systematically summarized by bibliometrics and social network visualization analysis methods to analyze the research rules and progress in this field. Results     A total of 5,287 pieces of literature were obtained, including 23 core authors. The top three high-yield authors were ZHANG Hongyi, WEI Yulin, and LI Xiaomei, and eight academic teams with relatively high academic influence were identified. The research found a year-by-year increasing trend in the amount of literature in the field of music therapy. The key areas of focus for the academic teams in this field were the emotional adjustment, functional rehabilitation, and life quality improvement of specific populations related to mental diseases, cancer, stroke, and other diseases. The hot issues of research were negative emotions and sleep disorders. In music therapy, an important type was the five-element music therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Conclusion     In the field of music therapy in China, academic teams and theoretical achievements with certain influence and Chinese characteristics have been formed, and relatively systematic research has been carried out. However, the overall research intensity and breadth need to be improved. Therefore, teacher construction and personnel training should be promoted, and publicity should be intensified
