Abstract
Education is a systematic engineering to national culture’s future, and to form facing the modernization, facing the world, for the future of the education system, must be the basis of clarifying the function and goal of education at the present stage, carry on the long-term planning and arrangement. This article through to clarify China’s ethnic minority music education present situation, this paper found that minority music education present problems, and makes corresponding problems and function, put forward the ethnic minority music education of the optimized design scheme.
