    Abstract

    Most of the traditional supply chain performance measurement is static method. However, in the real world, the supply chain is a dynamic system, which needs dynamic performance measurement methods to evaluate. For the sake of integrative performance measurement of agile virtual enterprise, the dimension of the traditional Balanced Scorecard is extended into 5. Then Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is utilized to analyze the weights of key performance indices so that the indices with minor weights are abandoned. Based on it, the measure results of supply chain of all past periods are obtained by fuzzy evaluation method. Furthermore, incorporated with Markov forecast technique, the future performance measurement and development trend of dynamic supply chain is presented. Finally, a calculation example of performance measurement is illustrated which shows that the mentioned evaluation method is scientific and feasible. The evaluation result can provide the guide for effective analysis and decision-making of supply chain management.
