Abstract
Dry tower and evaporator, key process equipment for dairy powder production has barely any maintenance after going into operation for all kinds of condition restriction. Traditional way of point inspection of equipment barely execute properly. With the business expanding of OEM, the cost of maintenance is high but the quality is going down though OEMs know the performance of equipment best. The solution proposed in this paper, service based on cloud platform, solved all the problems mentioned above efficiently which give out one new idea for point inspection of enterprise equipment and also consider the internet safety with safety cloud desktop system.
