Abstract

A novel multi-channel SPR sensor chip based on binary optics and the design of sensor system which comprise this chip are represented. The chip integrates several binary optical elements, instead of the lens in traditional configuration, to make the beam angular focus. This scheme can improve the integration degree of sensor system, and be compatible with multi-channel configuration. The experiment results show that the system consist of this sensor chip achieves quick scan and detection over sensing membrane array, and exhibits many advantages to the prism coupled configuration, such as higher integration degree,higher sensitivity, less mechanism adjusting error, lower cost.
