Abstract
老齡化社會背景下,養老院養老是當前中國老年人主要的養老方式之一。合資格的設施管理服務有助于提升養老院老年人的生活質量,是"老有所養"的重要保障。本研究在南京市選取4家養老院,對居住在內的老年人進行生活質量及設施管理的問卷調查。數據分析顯示,居住環境中寬度、布局、通風、醫療、呼叫設施和家具對于生理健康有直接影響;心理健康直接受無障礙性、呼叫設施及員工影響;社交關系主要由無障礙性、寬度、清潔和插座預測。為改善當前我國養老院設施管理狀況,提升老年人生活質量,對老年人、養老院及當地政府提出若干改進措施。
