Abstract
“共創成長路”計劃在香港的推行廣受推崇、成效矚目,參加學生人次超過60萬,受惠學生人數超過20萬名。為了促進中國內地青少年的全人發展,在田家炳基金會的支持下,這一計劃得以在中國內地推行。同時,研究團隊在編寫修訂初中教材之外,更義務地研發了適合內地高中生發展需求的高中“共創”教材,讓“共創”計劃的推行更進一步。此外,定期舉辦的全國導師培訓,讓參與計劃推行的學校和老師更深入地理解青少年正面發展理論和“共創”課程設計理念,並且逐步掌握了體驗式教學方法。在各方共同努力下,“共創成長路”計劃在中國內地的推行也取得了令人鼓舞的成果。不同評估策略的結果一致地表明參與的學生及老師都對課程內容和導師表現持有非常正面的評價,並且認為計劃可以有效地促進青少年的全面發展。
