Abstract
通過稽核相關文獻資料,本文對《元典章》中法律詞語"要罪過""肚皮""歸對"進行了考辨訓釋,認為"要罪過"當訓作"斷罪""定罪";"肚皮"用以指稱賄賂之物,與隱喻的跨域投射有關;"歸對"應解為"到案對證"。
