Abstract
Healthy village construction is the urgent need to implement the strategy of healthy China and rural revitalization. The logic
of healthy village construction lies in the health-oriented value, institutional reconstruction of rural health system, and the requirements for
the integrated allocation of urban-rural health resources. The core tasks of healthy village construction include the construction of rural
healthy environment system, rural health policy system, rural health service supply system, rural medical insurance system, and rural health
behavior and concept system. To achieve high-quality healthy village construction, it is necessary to take improving health satisfaction as
the core indicator, continuously improve the rural health environment, improve the self-health management of rural residents, and promote
the linkage innovation of the health governance system.
