住房、家庭与流动——中国住房对人口家庭化流动和流动家庭的影响

Based on the China Migrants Dynamic Survey 2017 and the 2017 China Urban Statistical Yearbook, through the construction of binary logic models, multiple linear regression models and stereotypes logistics model, we discussed the impact of housing property and housing expenditure on family migration and size and structure of migrant family. The empirical results show that the mobile population with housing property rights in the inflowing area is more inclined to family migration and the family in the inflowing area is larger and the family structure is more complete; The higher the housing expenditure, the higher possibility of family migration, the larger the family size in the inflow area and the more complete of the family structure.
