Abstract
“共创成长路”计划在香港的推行广受推崇、成效瞩目,参加学生人次超过60万,受惠学生人数超过20万名。为了促进中国内地青少年的全人发展,在田家炳基金会的支持下,这一计划得以在中国内地推行。同时,研究团队在编写修订初中教材之外,更义务地研发了适合内地高中生发展需求的高中“共创”教材,让“共创”计划的推行更进一步。此外,定期举办的全国导师培训,让参与计划推行的学校和老师更深入地理解青少年正面发展理论和“共创”课程设计理念,并且逐步掌握了体验式教学方法。在各方共同努力下,“共创成长路”计划在中国内地的推行也取得了令人鼓舞的成果。不同评估策略的结果一致地表明参与的学生及老师都对课程内容和导师表现持有非常正面的评价,并且认为计划可以有效地促进青少年的全面发展。
