Abstract
住房制度改革以來,中國城鎮住房市場迅速發展。隨著經濟的發展,住房條件不斷改善。由于住房不可移動且使用壽命長,住房消費是一個多維的體系,包括家庭對房屋面積、建筑形式、產權形式、城市區位等多方面的偏好和選擇。文章根據住房自有化率、住房市場化程度、人均住房面積等對家庭住宅變遷情況進行分析,進而窺見中國住房政策改革史。
