Abstract
斯诺登说美国政府组成的监控系统，雇用了多达四五千人，每天上班下班，年中无休，24小时运作，让全球人民无所逃于天地间。咦，那就难免让人好奇：为什么数千人里，只出现一位斯诺登？其他人都愿意服从？都甘心助纣为虐？都不敢有所泄露？
