Abstract
雖然互聯網沒有在中國引起一場人們普遍認為會出現的政治革命,但它卻對中國政治產生了不可忽視的影響,形成了一個非政府的話語空間,促成了一些政策的改變,擴大了公民的政治參與,啟動了一些政治議程,幫助公民克服由於意識形態衝突而造成的心理矛盾。
