Abstract
Participation in misinformation governance is an important manifestation for university libraries to give full play to their resource advantages and demonstrate their public service values. Using the network research method, this paper investigates the practice of misinformation governance in libraries of 34 top universities. This paper found that those libraries mainly provide misinformation governance resources, misinformation governance services and media and information literacy education to carry out misinformation governance. The capacity of misinformation governance can be strengthened by increasing the degree of attention, improving the management system and playing the function of industry organizations.
