Abstract

In this presentation, we look at the various modes of existence of screens: material screens, domestic screens, ambient screens, public screens. We explore this various modes of existence of screen while performing a derive in the Sham Shui Po area of Hong Kong, which figures a plethora of ambient functioning screen and disused electronic screens in the numerous repair shops of this area
