Description
With intelligent electronic devices and products in the direction of lightweight, the development and preparation of flexible ultra-thin electronic glasses (less than 1.0 mm in thickness) have attracted much attention. Since flexible electronic devices are sensitive to the environment, the design and fabrication of a novel surface protective layer on ultra-thin glasses or flexible substrates are also essential. The protective layer achieves the purpose of dust isolation and requires high-strength toughness and ultra-high light transmittance. In this study, we will design a transparent metal oxide hard film with nanostructure, which can be prepared in situ on the ultra-thin flexible glasses surface to achieve protection and anti-reflection.
