Solutions and Methodologies for Telecommunications Networks Design - RMGS

Description

Under this project, we will develop new methodologies and algorithms for design and performance evaluation of telecommunications networks that are based on modern and future technologies. This will require development of models of such technologies and networks as well as of users traffic that dictates the demand imposed on such networks. An important focus of the project is the scalability of the methodologies and algorithms. They need to be applicable to realistic size networks as well as realistic traffic models. Therefore, it will be important to evaluate running time of the related algorithms, so that scalability to realistic size networks is assured.
