Description
This project investigates how PALSI leaders enhance the creativity and subsequent entrepreneurial intention of students enrolled in the PALSI scheme. Measures of PALSI leader coaching styles and student individual difference characteristics will be obtained to determine how coaching style and individual characteristic interact to influence student creativity and entrepreneurship. Implications for classroom teaching will be derived from the finding of the project.
