Learning Organization (LO) and Organizational Learning (OL)

Description

SAE Magnetics, the project sponsor, has recognized that "knowledge" is central to its sustainable development and growth in today's highly competitive environment. It has taken on board seriously the adoption of the learning organization concept. It has agreed to support a four-year part-time PhD research project in the area of learning organizations and organizational learning. This collaborative project will help to develop a structured organizational learning framework that will help to initiate, promote and sustain a continuous organizational learning process and culture in selected business units in SAE Magnetics.
