Knowledge-Enhanced Tensor Factorization

Description

This SRG project aims to develop a knowledge-enahened tensor factorization method, which is the one methodological innovation for the original GRF proposal. In particular, we will explore the integration of knowledge graphs with EHR dataset and use tensor factorizations to model such high-dimensional data. We will use a variety of datasets to evaluate the performance of the proposed tensor factorization methods.
